1. Delivery Area
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are an Indian family living abroad and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@curiousira.in and we will try to help.
2. Delivery Timeframe

Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner availability and local conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
Add items worth ₹999 or more to your cart and shipping is on us.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via email. You can use this to follow your order's progress with our courier partner. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing an order, please contact us.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@curiousira.in with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photograph of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Returns
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only (see Section 6). We do not accept returns for change-of-mind on physical goods. All sales of correctly dispatched physical merchandise are final.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
