Our Story
Curious Ira was born out of a simple frustration: there were no great bedtime story apps for Indian children that truly celebrated Indian languages and culture. Most apps were translated from English content, stripped of the richness that makes our stories special — the wit of Birbal, the timeless wisdom of Panchatantra, the gentle morals of Jataka Tales.
So we built Ira — a wise little owl who speaks your child's mother tongue, tells stories rooted in Indian soil, and makes every bedtime feel like a warm story session with a favourite grandparent.

We believe every Indian child deserves to grow up hearing stories in their own language — stories that reflect their family, their festivals, and their values. Our mission is to make that possible for families across India, regardless of where they live or what language they speak at home.
